Name- Solomon "Sol" Kurro
Species- Miraluka/Human cross
Gender- Male
Age- 35
Skin Color- A light tan
Eye Color- No eyes
Hair Color- Black
Cybernetics- None (yet)
Faction- Hutts-Jensaarai
Class- Saarai-Kaar, Jensaarai Defender
Clothing- When not in his armor, Sol wears dark red tunic and pants, which are trimmed in black. Grey gauntlets and knee high boots, along with a dark red headband he uses to cover where his eyes would be round out his common attire.
His armor is different. Plates in a silver color cover his knee high boots, hips, pauldrons, elbows, and gauntlets. His chest and back armor protects those areas with the same stuff. From his waist up to the chest armor is a type of reflective, scaled plating which flexes well enough that one would hardly know it was there. The last piece of armor, the helmet, is a piece that is useful to few others than himself. It shines a dull silver and covers much of his head. This includes a fully enclosed, solid faceplate where his eyes should be, however, the helmet has a form of plating that slides forward, closing up the rest of the face from view.
Hanging off the armor is a blackish cape, and some other bits of fabric which hang from the belt around his legs (though not enough to entangle him). These tatters of cloth are resistant to burning, and have small fragments of reflective pieces in it, which helps to resist blaster fire.
Appearance- Standing at roughly six foot and weighing a little over two hundred pounds, he is fairly large but not the largest. While fairly stocky, it doesn't carry over so much in his appearance. He certainly isn't what you would call thin either, though. The result is a slightly more dense appearance and body than your average human.
Personality- When young, Sol would frequently jump into things before he had the full story, sometimes landing him in deep water. These were normally blamed on his mixed blood heritage. Though he still believes in quick action, he has mastered some of his more fiery, and impulsive tendencies.
Now, he is devoted to his goal. Not conquering the galaxy, or saving it, but rather, empowering his one little piece of it. He has dedicated himself to the idea of bringing his Jensaarai into a position of greater wealth, success, and power. Once that is achieved, they will never have to fear the danger of extinction. To do this he is even willing to sell their services to the hutts, for in time, the Jensaarai will grow great enough that even the hutt clan will fall to them.
Sol's beliefs toe the line between good and evil. Like the Sith, he believes that the strong should rule the weak, for weaklings lack the strength to govern safely, and will only prove a menace in time. Like the Jedi, he believes strength can be shown through compassion and mercy. Most of all, he believes that all beings have a duty to themselves, to gain experience, build talents, and triumph in the goals that they set. He judges others and their goals. His measure is normally based on whether it is helpful or harmful to his own tasks though, for he has decided that there is little he would not do to accomplish his mission.
History- Sol's Father was a fortunate crossbreed of Corellian, and Miraluka, who had been born with his force sight intact. His story is too long to recount here, but in short, he never felt at home on either Corellia or Alpheridies. He drifted, alone, until he settled down on a space station for a time as a worker, and met Varra.
Varra Sholu was a miraluka woman living on station. After a time they developed feelings deeper than the simple comraderie of being the only two of "The Eyeless" aboard ship. They Married, and within a few years Sol was born.
they traveled for the early part of his life, but eventually settled back on Alpheridies, where Sol was accepted into the local chapter of the Luka Sene, an organization of Miralukas who excelled at sense based force powers. He did well there and even grew to enjoy it, but, like his father, he felt he didn't belong. Around his mid twenties, Sol left, and became a hyperspace explorer. While returning from a successful run, he decided to take a detour, and impulsively went in search of another route home.
It was only his extensive sense based force talents that saved him from being burnt to a crisp. He managed to avoid landing in a star, but the heat damaged his craft, and he was forced to limp it to the nearest star port. This happened to be some unnamed backwater, or rather backdesert world which had as one of it's population, a hermit. He was talented in the ways of the force and immediately took an interest in Sol. He was dying, and wished to pass on his knowledge to another. The Saarai, he called it, or the true way. Sol decided to stay and learned under the old man.
Eventually, he left and took the few followers that were on planet with him. The Hermit had named Sol as his most promising pupil, so it was Solomon Kurro who took up the mantle of Saarai-kaar: Keeper of the Truth.
So began Solomon's mission to raise up the Jensaarai; to grow and discover more of himself. Over the years, he has grown and guided others to this "True Way".
