Clothing- Jax wears slightly modified Jedi Robes. They are sleeveless and reinforced with leather, for extra mobility and added protection. He wears dark brown climbing boots, and black pilot gloves.
Appearance- He is about 6 feet tall, and very imposing. He walks with a sense of purpose. His arms are very muscular and toned from the religious exercise regimen he follows. He wears his dark brown hair down and kept the padawan braid when he was kicked out of the order, and he wears a small ponytail in the back.
Personality- He can be distant, he is fiercely loyal to himself and is rigorously trying to meld himself with the Force, and as such can sometimes regard his loyalties to other people as more flexible as most other people would. He can be very abrasive, but if his loyalties line up with yours, a better ally does not exist. He is religiously trying to find perfect balance and meld his lifeforce with the Force, and as such comes off as a little bit quirky sometimes. Once he sets his mind to something however, there is no deterring him.
History- He was born to poor merchants on Coreillia and was taken in by the Jedi when he was found to be incredibly Force-sensitive. Even in his early days he had a hunger to learn and explore, a hunger that burned too hot. He would ask questions about doing certain things with the force that would make the masters nervous, and eventually he took it too far. When he was sixteen he was caught trying to hack into some Sith holologs in the Jedi Archives. As punishment he was banished and they attempted to strip the Force from him. His connection to the Force was too strong however and a small connection to the Force remained. Thrust into the galaxy alone and poor, he discovered he could use his muddled connection to the force to amplify his senses and cheat at pazaak. No longer tied to the tenets of the Jedi Code, he saw cheating as an acceptable means to the end of connecting himself to the Force, and he kept setting pazaak matches until he had enough credits to buy a small freighter, and he began smuggling in the Outer Rim. He searches for a cause and a purpose to connect his abilities to, as he desperately seeks to strengthen his salvaged connection to the force.
When he was 23 he met Solomon Kurro in a Nar Shadaa cantina, and was hired to transport him to Taris (Always on the Move)
Along the way Sol revealed that their true final destination was Mandalore, so he could gather intel on a group that threatened his employers the Hutts. When he entered Mandalorian airspace his ship the Aria was fired upon by anti-air turrets and he bluffed a crash-landing into a nearby lake. The two defeated the scouting party that came to finish them off and then witnessed the launching of Mandalore the Siren's invasion fleet. Satisfied with the evidence that he had acquired Sol was ready to return to the Hutts, so they reversed the friend-foe identifiers of the anti-air turrets and began to fly away (One Does Not Simply Walk Into Mandalore)
