Appearance- Q'arnn is a typical Quarren as far as looks are concerned. He stands at 5'10" tall and is sturdy though not bulky. He has longer than usually claw-teeth which cause him to look more masculine amongst the Quarren community, and he had four-fingered clawed hands. His dark blue eyes emit a sense of sincerity that causes his peers to trust him.
Personality- Q'arnn is very charismatic, he knows what to say and when to say it, and is very good at manipulating people. He has an eloquent vocabulary, and is fluent in both his native tongue, and in Galactic Basic (a rarity amongst Quarren). He is very passionate, and when he sets his mind on something, he usually finds a way to get it done. He is very intelligent, though sometimes comes off as professor-like as he has difficulties dumbing things down for people.
History- Q'arnn was born a politician. Always making deals, and trying to manipulate his peers, Q'arnn was his parents' favorite son and he was very popular in school. He was born on Dac (Mon Calamari) to two wealthy business-owners, and as a result was born into great-wealth. From a young age he was taught the ways of business and how people interact, and he was obsessed with learning how to influence people and learning the game of politics.
At the age of 19 he was elected President of the Union at his father's munitions plant and it was there that he had his first practical experience as a politician. He held this position for two years, until leaving it to pursue the upcoming senatorial election for Senate representative for Dac. The majority of the sentients of Dac were beginning to get fed up with the neurotically slow pace of the Mon Calamarian senator who represented them at the time, and Q'arnn thought that a Quarren's enthusiasm would go over like a breath of fresh air to the people.
He was right, and he won in a landslide election and began serving Dac as senator at the age of 22. Instantly popular, Q'arnn began to aggressively expand the economy of Dac, by achieving several colony-development rights for Dac-based firms, and by legislating several subsidies for several Dac munitions and weapons factories. When it came time for re-election he won in another landslide after building Dac's prosperity, and he went about building on his popularity by continuing to advance Dac's interests. When he was 29 he was initiated into the Senate Military Oversight Committee, and through his charismatic ways managed to be appointed chairman by age 31. He began to use his seat as chairman of the Military Oversight Committee to advance his aggressive military views and advance Republic colonization on several new moon bases. Now at age 34, the elections for Grand Chancellor are upon us, and Q'arnn has thrown his hat in the ring, hoping to become the Republic's next Chancellor. He is concerned at the military threats to the Republic, and fears war may be on the Republic's doorstep. He wants to create a Republican Army with the hopes of being ready for any external threat. At his announcement of his candidacy for Chancellorship, he was appointed a Trandoshan bodyguard, Tioshh'kk, who is a well-trained and heavily decorated spec ops soldier.

Following his announcement to the Senate, Q'arnn and his bodyguard Tioshh'kk left the Senate building to have lunch at the Coco Town Diner. Upon returning to the Senate building, they found it in a state of emergency and upon learning Q'arnn's status as a senator he was rushed to the Supreme Chancellor's office, which was being used to house about a hundred different Senate workers under guard of the CSF (A Candidate Shall Rise)
